Season 1 of The Haunted premiered on June 24, 2014, and its final episode was released on June 23, 2015
The story takes place four years after the events of The Haunting 3: Legend of Herobrine, featuring returning characters such as Drake and Grayson as well as introducing new characters such as Mayadriel. The three characters are on a quest to save Armen from the control of Herobrine as they journey across Minecraftia.
Due to an unexpected departure of xikroniczz, The Admin Chickens produced its two-part finale, intended to mark the ending of the series, for the first season. However, xikroniczz returned to The Admin Chickens after the finale was released and they announced that the series was renewed for a second season, which premiered on March 25, 2016.
